How do I know which size of sports gear to order?
Each product page features a detailed sizing guide with specific measurements. We recommend measuring your current equipment or body dimensions and comparing them to our chart for the most accurate fit.
What is your return policy for performance apparel?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain base layers and compression gear cannot be returned once opened.
How long does shipping take for domestic orders?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout if you need your gear ready for a big game or event sooner.
Do you offer a warranty on high-impact equipment?
Yes, all Bumps hardware and high-impact equipment come with a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover standard wear and tear from regular athletic use.
Can I track my order once it has been shipped?
Absolutely. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery progress in real-time.
